About me
I’m a UX Writer with a background in Journalism (PUC-SP) and an MBA in Marketing from the University of São Paulo (USP). I work at the intersection of language, design, and product strategy, especially within complex, regulated, and corporate environments.
I see language as a structural part of the user experience: it guides action, reduces friction, supports decision-making, and directly impacts how efficiently a product works. My work goes far beyond writing. It includes research, information architecture, content strategy, and close collaboration with design, product, engineering, and business teams.
My goal is to build clear, consistent, human-centered experiences by balancing business needs, technical constraints, and real user behavior. I value decisions grounded in method, data, heuristics, and context.
