Not all work can be publicly displayed. In regulated and corporate environments, confidentiality agreements are part of the process — and I take that seriously.
Still, I can show how I think, how I operate, and what I prioritize when building clear, efficient, and human-centered digital experiences.
I worked on projects for a major traditional Brazilian bank, dealing with financial products, multiple stakeholders, and strict legal, technical, and linguistic constraints. I was the sole UX Writer on the team, collaborating closely with design, product, engineering, and business to treat language as a structural part of the user experience.
How I work
1. Understanding the problem and the business
I identify pains, constraints, and objectives before writing a single word.
2. Diagnosis and journey mapping
I uncover friction points and opportunities to guide, simplify, or reduce cognitive load.
3. Language principles and heuristics
I apply UX Writing heuristics to ensure clarity, predictability, and efficiency.
This includes: readability, conciseness, consistency, logical flow, action-oriented microcopy, and system-status visibility.
4. Writing, reviewing, and collaborating with teams
I create and refine microcopy, messages, states, flows, and components in alignment with Design, Product, Legal, Business, and Engineering.
5. UX Writing Guidelines and governance
I contributed directly to the creation of Banco do Brasil’s UX Writing Guidelines, helping define standards, examples, best practices, and content principles for the entire organization.
6. Content Ops and internal support
I supported the Content Operations team, producing content, reviewing materials, and participating in writer office hours for UX teams across the bank — with a focus on high-quality language.
7. Validation and language-focused usability
When applicable, I test content, hypotheses, and messages, refining language based on data and user feedback.
8. Continuous iteration
I revise, refine, and adjust based on real user behavior and evolving product needs.

Challenge: Create a low-fidelity conceptual app that represented my professional journey as a digital product — including a home screen, key functionalities, and onboarding.
The evaluation focused on UX Writing, content organization, and clarity of communication rather than visual design.

A vez que me pediram para reimaginar o fluxo de um aplicativo que eu uso
Challenge: Reimagine, in English, a flow from an everyday app with a focus on UX Writing, information hierarchy, and rationale behind decisions.
I chose the Vivo app and redesigned the support flow for “no internet connection,” starting from a real experience of frustration and proposing improvements in clarity and user guidance.

I contributed to the creation and adaptation of content for Thermo Fisher Scientific, focusing on redefining their voice and tone for the Brazilian audience.
The challenge involved translating complex scientific topics into clear, accessible, and conversational language that could serve a wide range of audiences—from general to specialized—across internal and external communications.
The work included social media content, email marketing, and video scripts, always aligned with the company’s mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
